Cozy home in Riviera

A very cozy townhouse that accommodates up to 7 people. It has a well-equipped kitchen with an electric barbecue and a brewery. It has two bedrooms (both are en-suites) and beds on the mezzanine. All with air conditioning. We accept pets, but you must let us know in advance. The space The house has: - Full kitchen, with fridge, cooktop, electric oven and microwave - Mixer, blender, sandwich maker and electric coffee maker - Beer cooler, barbecue knives, wine and champagne glasses - Air-conditioned living room, L-shaped sofa and 32-inch TV with basic Vivo package - 1 parking space - Outside deck with benches and an umbrella About the bedrooms and bathrooms: - a suite with a standard double bed, air conditioning and 32-inch TV (Vivo basic package) - a suite with a standard double bed, a single bed and air conditioning - mezzanine with three single beds and air conditioning - a toilet (there is no social bathroom, so whoever stays on the mezzanine needs to use the shower in one of the suites) There is a swimming pool in the condominium There is no beach service and the house is 1500 meters on foot from the beach.
