We kindly ask you to bring your own washcloths. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The heater works via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Parking on grass is not permitted. - No parking is allowed on blue curb areas. - One-side street parking: vehicles may park on the designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense. • TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
