Located on the dike, you have direct access to the sea from the terrace and the veranda will allow you to enjoy breathtaking views in all weather! Our house has all the elements for a pleasant stay (washer-dryer, fiber, TV, induction stove, Nespresso machine, beach and board games, garden furniture, etc.). You also get a parking space right in front of the house ;) The space The apartment is located in a condominium of 3 apartments. It is located on the ground floor with a ceiling height of approximately 2 meters. It's a small, comfortable and smart nest with: - a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs located on the seawall (on the beach) - a veranda facing the sea used as a dining room (or to work, play as needed) - a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, blender, Nespresso machine, oven and microwave) and fridge/freezer, a library to relax, a sofa, a TV, fiber for optimal connection and board games. - one bedroom with a double bed (with storage space under the bed) - a children's bedroom (preferably suitable for children) with a 2-seater bunk bed and storage space - a bathroom with shower and sink, hair dryer and storage shelf. - a washer-dryer machine located in a small storage room, - a separate toilet with a little reading! Parking is available in the private yard (parking space right in front of the house)! Guest access the whole apartment Other things to note IMPORTANT!! 1 / This accommodation is preferably rented for: - 2 adults and 2 children - Maximum 3 adults The trash cans are located in the Place de Villers 2000 with the possibility of sorting. 2/ The ceiling height is 1.95 meters (6.4 feet)! Not suitable for very tall people!!
