WindMark Beach offers all of the amenities you could want on vacation - private beach accesses, bike trails, walking path boardwalks, a large zero-entry pool that is heated in the winter months, and a quaint downtown. No boats are allowed on the property. Gulf Splash is a one-story, open-floor plan house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sits near the end of a quiet cul de sac in the newly constructed North end of WindMark Beach. This new construction house has a fully equipped kitchen for you to plan all of your vacation meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The house is tastefully decorated in modern yet comfortable decor. For more fun at Gulf Splash, head into the garage-turned Game Room for some fun, or head to the white sand at WindMark Beach. Try your skills at skee ball, full-size air hockey, or bubble hockey.
