One of Sewards oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days, come stay and be part of Sewards history. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Great walking path 1 block away that leads to the small boat harbor 1 easy mile away. Small but quaint. We are a quiet building and observe quiet hours. We have local residents who also live in the building. We provide employment opportunity for a local resident with your cleaning fee. We are focused on cleaning and sanitization. Kitchen supplies must be washed in hot soapy water and put away. There is an additional $25 cleaning fee if dirty dishes are left for the cleaner to do. We are one block from Sea Life Center, 1 block from Resurrection Bay and 1 street over from the Main Street of restaurants and shopping. Right behind us is the Museum/Library. Also 1 block from campground and awesome park for the kids. Directions Welcome to Seward. You are coming in on 3rd Ave. take that all the way down to Adams. Take a left at Adams and a right on 5th. We are 2nd building the n the left next to the City Annex building. Free shuttle half a block away! But we have several taxis available and almost everything is easy walking distance. It does sleep 4, but we don't recommend 4 adults. It is good for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 small children. You are welcome to have 4 adults but it is not recommend.
