This is equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a kitchen-living room and a large living room with a cozy couch, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. The garden offers seating, sun loungers as well as a grill and a ping-pong table. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m x 2 m), which can sleep two people. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed (1.20 m x 2 m). In addition, the comfortable couch in the living room offers a sleeping place for another person. If necessary, a mattress (1.60 m x 2 m) can be placed in the living room to provide additional sleeping options. The living room can be separated by a noise protection curtain.
