This gorgeous sea facing room, with balcony contains a king bed, a work desk, a seating area, and en-suite. The room has air-con, a bar fridge & a tea/coffee station. The space The rooms all have private bathrooms and a shared entrance. Guest access The Eleven Guest house has a coffee shop open 7 days a week. We have a deck upstairs overlooking the street that you can use work, enjoy the view, eat a take away! Other things to note Please note that we have a building site next door that operates during business hours. It’s noisy!
