The Blue Haven - Centrally Located Ranch Home

This home is conveniently located in central Lincoln in a quiet neighborhood. You'll love this beautiful home - A keyless entry makes check-in a breeze! We've set up this space with lots of personal touches specifically for our guests. You're sure to have a comfortable stay! The space Welcome to the Blue Haven House! We want you to have the most wonderful stay possible! Our goal is to provide simple self check in. You have your own keyless entry so you can come and go as you please no matter how late you arrive. There is a keypad on the door. Once inside, we want you to make yourself at home! You will find 3 bedrooms in the home. All 3 bedrooms have a queen sized bed, room darkening curtains, closets, and dressers. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee bar, and other necessities. There is a smart TV in the living room and in the basement family room that you can sign into your favorite streaming options. (no TV or cable) If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the large fenced backyard or back deck. Guest access There is plenty of parking! Both off-street driveway parking and free street parking. Our goal is to provide the easiest check-in possible! The home has a passcode for the front door. This way you can access your home without worrying that you might disturb us meeting up with a key. We want you to make yourself at home!! Other things to note Please don't hesitate to ask if there is something that you need! We want you to be comfortable! Check-Out: Check out time is 10:00 am. Since there is no key to return, just message us on Air BnB or text our cell to let us know that you have left and the home is ready to be cleaned.
