The space This property is in the metro area 15 min from San Juan, the Capital but it feels like a secluded piece of paradise, large backyard, peaceful, colorful and full of wild life. The house has a livingroom, familyroom, formal diningroom and full kitchen, all in an open concept setting. There are two bedrooms : The master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, and 55" TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a 40"TV. A sofa queen size bed for one or two is in the livingroom and a full size bed in the familyroom. The familyroom has five recliners and 65" TV for watching your favorite movies. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer. The saltwater pool sits on a property with open Lake access. The lake is not intended for swimming. But you can fish or sit to relax and watch the huge fish, crabs and turtles. The yard is very large with individual sitting and relaxing areas. The entire yard is fenced in for safety and privacy except for the lake area. The house is in a residential area on a cul-de-sac (dead end street). The street is very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Guest access Easy access from main highway 22 and route 165. Main street will take you to the culdesac and the house sits at the end. You have your own parking space. The front door has an electronic door lock and the code is provided on the day of arrival. Renting a car is recommended, however there is UBER service in the area. It will pick you up at the entrance on the main st. Other things to note Levittown is a very vibrant area with lots a restaurants, fine dining, local food, food chain restaurants, sports bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and all walking distance. There is a summer festival in town with many live bands, food, and fun. The beach is about is walking distance. There is beautiful trail/road that leads you to it. If you like to excercise, jog or walk this is the perfect place area to do so. And if not you can go to the field track that is also near by.
