Ideally located in the heart of the Chablais Geopark, the chalet is close to many points of interest in the region: picturesque village of Abondance (10 min), Pont du Diable Gorges (15 min), Châtel (20 min), Morzine (25 min), Lake Geneva (20 min). The space The cottage is spread over 3 levels as follows: - Garden level: a large living/dining room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilets and an entrance. - Ground floor: a very large bedroom/TV area, a bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room and garage. - Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with balcony, a mezzanine, a bathroom and separate toilet. Other things to note Guests can enjoy the large garden, at the bottom of which you will have access to a nice little stream. Many hiking trails with magnificent panoramic views of the entire region are within walking distance from the cottage.
