Close to Cape Town's attractions, with Kirstenbosch a 10 minute drive, the V&A Waterfront a 20 minute drive and the Constantia wine-farms a 20 minute drive. The warm-water beaches are 25 minutes' drive. The flatlet is separated from the main house, where the hosts live, by a laundry, and the inter-leading door is locked for guests' privacy. Guests have use of a garden table and chairs outside the flatlet. Guest access Guests have use of the pedestrian pathway which leads down to the flatlet.
