Large villa in archipelago environment

Villa in the Stockholm archipelago, 250 meters from the lake with both a rock pool and beach. Short drive to the sea and several nearby swimming areas. Walking trails and forest around. The house has large living areas and 3 bedrooms. Outside there are two patios, hot tub (40 degrees year-round), charcoal & gas grill, outdoor kitchen (from June) with cold water, sink and small fridge & freezer. There are also soccer goals and a swing set with a slide. Close to bus connections that in 25 minutes take you to the lock and center of Stockholm. The space Lower floor: -Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc. -Spacious hall with open floor planning towards 60 sqm living room with larger dining table, TV, sofa, armchair and day bed. Fireplace. A small toilet and a bathroom but bathtub and toilet. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. (One with mattress directly on the floor) Upper floor: -One larger bedroom but two double beds and one single bed. -1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Outdoors, there is access to a heated hot tub all year round (40 degrees). In the early summer there are two cozy patios with sofa group and dining table with chairs. Sunbeds and space for the kids to run and play. There is access to both a gas and charcoal grill and towards midsummer there is a small fridge and freezer in the outdoor kitchen. Other things to note The laundry room is locked during the stay and if you stay less than 10 nights, you will only have access to half the fridge and freezer. (Large fridge and freezer so still plenty of space)
