This bohemian-chic residence has 5 comfortable bedrooms (TV, desk area, Wi-Fi), including 3 master suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a living room and a large terrace. Park with swimming pool (15 May to 21 Sept), summer kitchen, BBQ, boules area, table tennis, private parking. Fully fenced villa. Located in a quiet area, close to the village amenities, 5 minutes from Tallard aerodrome, 10 minutes from Gap, 30 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon and skiing. In summer, rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. The space Large family home, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends in a warm and soothing atmosphere. You'll find everything you need to make yourself at home. Very well located for visiting the department, 30 minutes from the lake of greenhouse, ski resorts, the gap-bayard golf course, 5 minutes from the gap tallard airfield. The house is in a green setting overlooking our mountains. From mid-May to 21 September 2026, you can enjoy a swimming pool (6x12) and its fully equipped pool house (BBQ, induction hob, sink, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, dishwasher), while others play a game of pétanque or table tennis or take a break in the sun. Inside a neat decoration, large well-equipped rooms, high-end bedding, duvets, office space, everything for baby, board games, outdoor games, nothing was left to chance. In the opinion of all guests, it feels great, so come and try the experience! Possibility of an additional room for the same duration as the stay ( with surcharge) with 2 beds in 90x200, to be booked by message. No event larger than 25 people accepted. USEFUL INFORMATION: Sheets and towels are provided The coffee machine is a nespresso. There is also a filter coffee maker, 2 raclette machines. Everything you need for a baby (bed,bathtub, high chair,sunbed) July /August rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check IN: Usually from 5:30 p.m. until: I'm quite flexible and available. Check Out: Inevitably 10:00 am from June 1 to August 31. 12pm maximum outside these dates depending on availability and after agreement. Electric car: Charging not allowed because abuse has been noted. Charging stations exist 5 minutes from the house. A daily consumption statement therefore exists if there is a higher than average consumption, you will be charged a flat rate of €20 per vehicle per 3 days. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation except the extra room if not booked. Other things to note Possibility of an extra bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200) on request (€65/night) Booking for the same duration as the stay. Late check-out only subject to availability and after agreement with surcharge (€120 to €150) Possibility to heat the pool in the off-season (May, June, September) with a contribution of €30/day of rental +1 day (corresponding to the start-up the day before your arrival) Surcharges are to be paid on site upon arrival.
