The space Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 6 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away. Enjoy a stylish experience in this beautiful and recently renovated 3 bedroom terraced home, that is furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay in Cambridge. SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower 2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower Each bedroom features their own built-in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. Main bathroom with own bath and shower is next to the 2nd Bedroom. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and travel size toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. CHILLING: Well appointed and comfortable open plan living/dining and kitchen area with a flat screen 43 inch Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local channel. A large outdoor patio space for outdoor dining and seating for 6 people. EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use. PARKING: Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and only a short 5 or 10 minute walk away. OUT AND ABOUT: Situated just off East Road and next to Anglia Ruskin University, Mill Road, and Parkers Piece this is a prime position for all occasions and an easy walk to many world renowned colleges and attractions. It is a 15 minute walk to Cambridge station and there is a National Express stop 5 minutes away around the corner. Many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and easily accessible by foot. I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during your stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note - We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi up to 250 Mb - Pets are not allowed - Travel Cot available for hire at a cost of £50. High chair for £30. Please request during booking for delivery to property prior to your stay. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and place in the cupboard in the entrance hall. - We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a Tesco Express or Little Waitrose minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own. WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?
