Private entrance for easy access, located on the bottom floor of a house with a private adult residence upstairs. Space is very quiet. The space ALL SPACES ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS BEDROOM - Enjoy a good night's sleep in this spacious room with a French Provincial queen-sized bed fitted with premium linen and cotton bedding and a choice of pillows. Find ample storage with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. LIVING SPACE - Relax and unwind in this huge, 45 square meter, living area. Furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed adorned with soft cotton bedding. Enjoy entertainment on the wall mounted flat screen smart TV with access all Foxtel channels, and use of free Wi-Fi to log into your favorite streaming services. The area is equipped with a dining table for 6 and ample seating. The area is kept comfortable with a split system air conditioner. The bookcase is stocked with books and board games. The room also offers privacy and versatility with block-out curtains and blinds. KITCHENETTE - Is complete with an expandable table and 2 chairs, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, kettle SodaStream, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Additionally, we provide a toaster, egg poacher, and electric frying pan, along with basic kitchen essentials such as glasses, plates, cutlery and utensils. Start your day right with complimentary supplies, including bread, butter, spreads, eggs and milk. BATHROOM AND SAUNA - Discover a simple yet modern bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, and basin. Enjoy the 4-person sauna with a bucket & ladle. We offer both bath and pool towels, ensuring you have what you need to unwind. THE POOL ENCLOSURE IS THE ONLY SPACE WHICH IS SHARED POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING AREA - Step into out inviting outdoor space either through the kitchen door or the double doors from the living space. The 10-meter inground pool is secured by a fence and safety gate. Enjoy lounging under either of the 2 umbrellas, each accompanied by comfortable seating. Features include a large table seating 8, an outdoor lounge for 4, a relaxing Bali bed, an outdoor fan and large blinds to shield the sun if necessary. Use our large BBQ and provided utensils while enjoying the serene outdoor setting. The garden is complete with birdbath and firepit, with wood provided. During warmer months the pool blanket helps maintain a comfortable water temperature Guest access Guess access to the private entrance is over the lawn and down the side of the house. This is lit at night and there are not any stairs. If arriving at night I will turn on a light near the back door as there are no sensor lights there. Other things to note We do have a friendly dog (Border Collie) which will not be allowed in your area unless you would like to meet them
