There's only one bathroom in this unit, but it has been updated with new tiles and fixtures. The shower has hot water. The living room has a ceiling fan and a tv. This apartment combines comfort with practicality, creating a perfect home away from home for travelers seeking convenience and relaxation. It is also fenced and gated. A pet dog resides in the property, and since this is a family-friendly property, you may see some children (relatives of the owners) playing inside the premises. The location is only a walking distance from Gaisano Grand Mall in the main road (very convenient for basic necessities) and is also a few steps away from the ocean. Balamban main town is only a kilometer and a half away from this place. Guest access There's one designated parking space per unit. If more parking space is needed, we may accommodate it depending on availability. The barangay road is located right outside the gate, and it's big enough to accommodate all types of vehicles. Other things to note There's no washing machine in the apartment, but there are laundromats nearby. Also, it has a space at the back patio to wash and hang clothes, or there are some laundry ladies nearby that the guests may be able to hire if the service is needed.
