Villa Pavone is arranged on one level and has a spacious living room with open kitchen and a sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 double and one with 3 single beds) and two bathrooms (one with ensuite bath and one with shower). All spaces are large and well light up. On the outside there is a large porch that completely covers the two sides of the villa most exposed to the sun, and from here you can access the swimming pool and the equipped solarium. There villa is 1 km from the beautiful beach of Santa bay Maria, with its hamlet and its fresh fish restaurants while the renowned and picturesque Tropea is about 8 km away.
