All bedrooms are rented on Airbnb. Kitchen, family room, formal dining, informal dining and laundry room are shared access with other tenants. During your stay I live on the property and am most responsive via the app. Other things to note In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not. Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $25 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice. Late Check Out: $15/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time. Unapproved late check-outs may be subject to additional fees if they affect the check-in time of the following guest.
