Guest access The house is located in the center and public transport, even the one that comes from the airport, leaves you at the door of the house. Private parking is available for up to 5 cars. Uber or taxi to the marina from $70 and they are always nearby. The bus station to and from La Paz and Todo Santos is a 15-minute walk away. Other things to note • Our hot water supply system is through solar cells, so the water temperature will depend on the weather of the day, and you will generally find warm to hot water. • We do not have air conditioning, but we do have fans to keep your stay comfortable. • Summer, which runs from June to September, is the hottest season of the year, while the other months are cool. • Parking is shared and spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. It is important to leave the keys with the staff. • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests. • After 10:00 PM, we ask you to keep quiet to respect the rest of the guests. • We offer the possibility to leave your luggage before and after check-in and check-out completely free of charge.
