New guest fee from 1/1/2024 From January 1, 2024, a guest fee of €3.50 will be charged for each night. For long-term guests (from 40 nights and owners of second homes), the annual guest fee is set at €140. Persons under the age of 18, years of age, stays for proven vocational education and training and people with a degree of disability (80%) are still exempt from the guest fee. In the case of disabled persons, this also applies to accompanying persons if the need for accompaniment is documented in the disability ID card. Supervisors and participants in youth sports and leisure events are also exempt from the guest fee. Persons who cannot leave the living area due to illness are also exempt from the guest fee.
