In this centrally located accommodation at the Reallon ski station, everything is within easy reach, both in winter and in summer. Suitable for couples and families. Shops and restaurants are open during the season. Skiing and cross-country skiing right at the door. Beautiful area for hiking, biking and mountain biking (biking is possible on the ski lift). At 30 minutes distance is a large lake for swimming and water sports. The cities of Gap and Embrun are 30-45 minutes away by car. The space The apartment features a living room with kitchen, which also includes a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa; a separate bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pans, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Furthermore, a (small) ski closet is available in the common room downstairs. No washing machine in the apartment; washing can be done elsewhere on the premises. Even though there are 6 beds, the 20-square-meter apartment is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (in the bunk bed). It is too small for 4 adults. Please take your own sheets and bottom sheets. Sheets can also be rented by appointment: please contact me about this before arrival. All mattresses are single. There are 6 single duvets. There is also a winter and summer double duvet: for this you have to bring a double duvet cover or rent it from me. Costs for renting: 15 euros/set for single bed (bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase); 20 euros/set for lits-jumeaux with double duvet cover + two bottom sheets and 2 pillowcases. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor. There is an elevator in the building. Other things to note Guest access is possible via a keybox with a code. Housekeeping is included in the price. No washing machine in the apartment; washing is possible on site. Sheets and towels are not included and are not provided as standard. Sheet sets can be rented after contacting the host.
