Located in the town of Normanville, our small typical Pays de Caux cottage will be the ideal place for a quiet family stay. You will enjoy a peaceful environment to recharge your batteries, all 20 km from our beaches of the Alabaster Coast and halfway between Le Havre and Rouen. You can also enjoy the bikes available, to discover the Véloroute du Lin located 7 km from the cottage. The space The house consists of 3 rooms on the ground floor: a living room with fireplace equipped with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area included and a master bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 other bedrooms: a first on the mezzanine equipped with a toilet and a sink, then the second independent equipped with a sink and shower. The cottage is located on a plot of more than 1000m2 in our small Norman village in the heart of the country of Caux, 20 min from our beaches on the Alabaster Coast, 20 min from the banks of the Seine, 40 min from Rouen and Le Havre, 10 min from the A29
