Internet access, Netflix. .During your stay here, You will enjoy relaxing and resting in the shared spaces of the property except your room. Lots of windows give natural light and provide an airy atmosphere. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. .Do not wash dishes in the sink bathroom. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. Guest access Upstairs private bedroom and full bathroom. Downstairs has a kitchen, dining room. During your stay I’m working in the morning. So I’ll be in home in the evening. Let me know if you need anything else. Other things to note Guests must keep the room clean and tidy. The host has the right to enter the room for inspection and cleaning. Please don’t leave dirty dishes in your room, you’re welcome to hand wash them and reuse. Guests are responsible for keeping their own items secure. The host does not take responsibility for any lost/damaged items. Guests must keep the kitchen, bathroom, and any other shared spaces clean and tidy. Clean up after you’re done using a shared space (family room, kitchen, bathroom). Guests must provide their own food. A few dishes, cookware, and utensils will be set aside in the kitchen for guests. Spaces will be designated* for guest keep the own food. In the kitchen, you are welcome to use the stove, oven, and microwave. You will have no access to get my food or drink on the main refrigerator in the kitchen*. Please don't leave cooking food unattended on the stovetop. Smoking is not permitted in or around the residence. No use of illicit substances is allowed in or around the house: marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamines, etc. No visitors or pets. Guests must not have any heating system in the room other than the ones at the property. *If you need a space heater one will be provided, please only use it when needed. Guests must not move or damage furniture, pictures, or wall hangings. Guests must not use the utilities to excess. If the house is too cold or warm let me know and I’ll adjust the thermostat. WIFI is provided**). Guests must keep noise to a minimum in general. Quiet hours 11 pm - 8 am Guests must report any loss of keys immediately to the hosts. Please do not duplicate keys. Guests must take all their possessions when they leave the property. *Use of washer and dryer are available one time per week. Please do not do laundry in the peek time from 5:30 pm through 10:00 pm
