The space Contemporary and stylish two storey cottage set within the manicured grounds of a 16th century Manor Estate and holiday park of 55 acres providing an ideal retreat away from it all and just a few miles from the fabulous beaches of Newquay, the Surf Capital of the UK! The open plan ground floor has a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a dining table with eight chairs and a lounge with three comfy sofas providing seating for the whole family and TV. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable self catering holiday for all ages, with well-proportioned rooms, modern furniture, decor and appliances. Ground Floor: Open plan living area with Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon, three sofas and coffee table. Dining area with dining table and chairs. Kitchen area with integrated electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, all crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment included. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with king bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 4 with two single beds. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, sink and toilet. This cottage has free wifi, full central heating, parking and all bedding and towels are provided and dogs can stay too. Only a short drive away from Compass Cottage is the main A30 that gives easy access to the rest of what Cornwall has to offer. The seaside town of Newquay is just 6 miles away and has a number of superb sandy beaches, a golf course, a wide range of high street and local shops, as well as supermarkets and a number of pubs and restaurants. Watergate Bay, Fistral Beach, Padstow, Looe and the Eden Project are all easily accessible. Surrounded by famous golden beaches, picturesque villages and countless visitor attractions, this is the perfect location within easy reach of many attractions. Places worth a visit include The Eden Project near St Austell, National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, the Tate Gallery in St Ives, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust stately homes and gardens, stunning beaches, surfing and secluded bays - just a few of the many attractions to keep you stimulated and occupied. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole cottage with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Other things to note This cottage is located at The Atlantic Reach Holiday Resort but does not include access to any of the leisure facilities at the resort. Two well behaved dogs are welcome, extra charges apply. There is free wifi available at the cottage. Bed linen and towels for the lodge are provided but please remember to take your own towels for the pool and beach.
