The space This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with 1 queen bed, 1 queen sized inflatable mattress, and a sofa bed. Located on the 17th floor of the iFreses apartment building, you will enjoy lovely views in a vibrant, bustling area of the city. Guest access You can use the public amenities including the rooftop pool, gym, art room, climbing wall, outdoor fitness area, CoWorking space, and movie room. The pool, gym, and CoWorking areas are available without reservation and the other areas are available with a reservation. Please just let me know with a few hours notice and I will make the reservation on your behalf. Other things to note There is free parking on the street on the front and back side of the apartment complex. We also have a 20 story tall carvana-style parking garage available for our guests to park that also has a 24 hour attendant. This amenity is available with 24 hours notice and costs $10 USD per night. It can accomodate sedans and SUVs but not pickup trucks. Payment for parking is done through the AirBnB app.
