Keep it simple at this newly renovated apartment on quiet Oak street, walking distance from the shops in downtown Arcadia! This is the first of the 3 in the building to be completely redone, from the floors to the bathroom to the windows! Perfect for a couple looking for a clean alternative to the expensive hotels in town. A 5-10 minute walk from downtown or Morgan park and the peace river. Please read the space details carefully before booking to make sure it is adequate for your needs. The space Apartment 716 is the middle unit in a triplex. Overall it is a little bigger than an average hotel room - set up to handle 2 adults comfortably, or up to 4 if you don't mind getting cozy. The kitchen is well equipped to meet your basic cooking or baking needs should you decide to settle in for a bit. It has 1 bedroom but the couch in the living room folds out into the second queen bed should you need the extra sleeping space, however keep in mind that the bath is accessible only from the bedroom should you decide to bring extra guests. The remodel was finished in March 2023 so everything is fresh and clean. If you enjoy the outdoors, the back door opens onto a cozy patio equipped with a table and chairs where you can sit and relax, soaking up the sun or relaxing in the night air. Please- I have family who comes to visit with bad pet allergies, if you have a pet or assistance animal, be respectful and book with one of the pet friendly apartments in town. Guest access Everything in apartment 716 is available to guests. Hang out on the back patio or in the yard if you’d like, just be mindful that the apartments on either side are occupied by long term tenants. Please be respectful of their space and property.
