A Netflix account is set up on the TV for you to enjoy during your stay DINING AREA: Table 80 x 70 can be extended up to 120 x 70. The table can easily be unfolded by one person. The extension is stored within easy reach below the tray. Table can also be used as a desk, ideal for remote workers. 2 very comfortable chairs. OPEN KITCHEN: fully equipped (ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine. BATHROOM: Located in the bedroom, you will have a large shower (80 x 120 cm). Towels provided, hair dryer, soap and shampoo available. Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3pm and checkout (departure from the apartment) must be done by 11am at the latest. - ARE PETS ALLOWED? We love animals very much but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons. - IS THE ACCOMMODATION FOR SMOKERS? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). - ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath towels are systematically provided. - IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning fee is included in the rental price (30 euros per stay) so that the apartment is delivered clean for your arrival. However, the guest is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes done, floor clean, etc.).
