The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a recently constructed building and is only a few steps away from the Exhibition Centre, where some of the most important trade fairs and events in Ticino are held, and from Parco Ciani with its lakeside promenade. The open space living room consists of a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with a table for 4 people, a TV with which to relax at the end of the day, and a sofa which makes an excellent double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The large window illuminates the entire room and takes you out onto the terrace to enjoy a breath of fresh air or an aperitif at sunset. The master bedroom is cozy and has a large wardrobe. ROGGIA 14 concludes with a bathroom equipped with a modern shower with hydromassage jets. Leave your car parked in the private car park: the historic centre is only 10 minutes away! Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
