Charmant studio-mezzanine

This recent 30 m² studio is composed of a living room-kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave) and 1 bathroom (shower, toilet). The bay window brings beautiful light and direct access to a small shaded patio. The mezzanine (low ceiling, watch your head) has a double bed and a single bed. Adjacent to our house, this studio nevertheless has its independent entrance. We are located 35 minutes from Puy-du-Fou, 1 hour from the beaches and 1 hour from Nantes. (no smoking in the studio please) Guest access A private parking space in front of the door of the accommodation will be reserved for you for the duration of your stay.
