We welcome you to our house of character, located in a pretty village in Burgundy, close to the canal in the center. You will have a suite and a private and independent entrance, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with dining area and solarium. You can enjoy the calm and charm of the region. BIKE FRIENDLY Note: Please note this is not a cottage but a guest ROOM so there is no kitchen The space The guest room we offer is both cozy and elegant. It has a comfortable bed, a dressing table and an armchair as well as a wardrobe, a 32-inch TV and a bed. The decoration is neat, with soft colors and charming touches. The private and spacious bathroom with its Italian shower, sink and hairdryer. You will have a living room with a cozy sofa and a table to have your meals, as well as a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle to prepare your hot drinks. You can also access the solarium, with two armchairs where you can sunbathe, everything is completely private with a separate entrance Guest access All the parts you will access are private with a separate entrance. A lockable bicycle room is available for the guests' bicycles Other things to note To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer to provide you with full breakfasts at 10 euro per person and packed lunches consisting of a seasonal salad or soup starter, cold or hot meat, cheese and dessert to be ordered in advance at 19 euro per person. This will allow you to enjoy our local products and our homemade specialties. We love animals and we know that they are part of the family, however we ask that you respect a few rules for the well-being of all: your dog must be well behaved, not bark, not climb on furniture and not dirty the room. Please note that our property is a bed and breakfast and not a cottage, which means we don't have a kitchen for guests. We focus on the comfort and quality of the accommodation, offering a welcoming and warm space for your stay.
