We welcome you to our characterful house, located in a pretty village in Burgundy, close to the central canal. You will have a suite and a private and independent entrance, with a bedroom, bathroom , living room with dining area, solarium. You can enjoy the calm and charm of the area. It has a comfortable bed, a dressing table and an armchair as well as a wardrobe, a 32-inch TV and a bed. The decoration is neat, with soft colors and touches of charm. The private and spacious bathroom with its Italian shower, sink and hairdryer. You will have a living room with a cozy sofa and a table to eat, as well as a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle to prepare your hot drinks. Guests will also be able to access the solarium, with two armchairs where you can sunbathe , all are fully private with a separate entrance Guest access All areas you have access to are private with a separate entrance. Lockable bike storage available for host bikes Other things to note To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer you to provide full breakfasts at 10 euro per person and meal baskets composed of a seasonal salad or soup, a cold or hot meat,cheese and dessert to be ordered at 19 euro per person . This will allow you to enjoy our local products and homemade specialties. Also enjoy a delicious picnic basket to take away, ideal for a relaxing day outdoors or your bike ride at 12 euros per person. We love animals and we know they are part of the family however we ask you to respect a few rules for the well-being of all: your dog must be well-behaved, not bark, do not climb on the furniture and not dirty the room. Please note that our property is a bed and breakfast and not a gite which means we do not have a kitchen for guests.
