Charming old mill in the countryside

*Charming atypical house, an old mill, in a green setting with beautiful views of the countryside. The "Tower" is a bit out of time for stays in the countryside... while being very close to a pretty village with shops, tennis and swimming pool! The space On the ground floor, there is the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, and an attached annex which is the kitchen/dining room, with bay window and view of the countryside. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom, which overlooks the 2nd floor, where there is a bathroom and toilet and a dressing room. Please note, the house has a slightly steep staircase (with railing). You have to cross the bedroom to access the bathroom. We accept our animal friends, the land is enclosed (but very determined animals could dig and get out...) While being in the countryside, with a unique and exotic view, the village is 1 km away, about a 10-minute walk. There is a bakery, a café-bar, a restaurant, a supermarket with gas pump, a farmers' market on Mondays. On the sports side, the pool is open in summer (25 m and paddling pool + playground), and there are 2 very recent tennis courts (quick), a sports field and a playground for young children.
