Creek Haven is a fantastic base for a holiday in Kingswear. Offering immaculate contemporary accommodation, guests can enjoy stunning views from the roof terrace alongside spacious living areas and a coveted parking space. Dartmouth ferry can be accessed in 10 minutes by foot and the pubs and cafes are even closer. The SW Coast Path comes through Kingswear as does the steam train & beaches are only 15 mins drive away. Return to the house to see the sun setting over Dartmouth! The space Park your car directly outside the house in the private drive and walk up a set of stairs to the property entrance. (Approx 20 steps) Entering into the entrance hallway on the lower floor there is plenty of space for coats and shoes. Both bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the lower floor and have views down the valley towards Dartmouth. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There's a chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothing for all seasons. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds as well as a free standing wardrobe. There is also a large shower room off the lower floor hallway. Head upstairs into a large open hallway and through into the expansive living area. There are comfy sofas and a chair to watch the flat screen TV as well as a dining table positioned to take advantage of the views down to the water. Bi-fold doors lead to the fantastic terrace with outdoor table and chairs. From here you can watch the comings and goings on the water and hear the steam train as it arrives at Kingswear station. The kitchen sits just off the hallway and is superbly equipped with a double oven, hob, Nespresso machine (Classic), microwave and all utensils. There's also a handy breakfast bar for 2 that looks out over the valley. Outside on the lower floor there is a lovely small courtyard with small table and chairs. Need to know... To access the property guests must climb approx. 20 steps. Who we think it's perfect for... A family with two children or two couples wanting to explore the area. Dartmouth, Torbay and all villages in between are within easy reach. About a Holiday in Kingswear Kingswear sits on the east bank of the River Dart opposite Dartmouth. The charming character village has some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. The brightly painted houses, pubs and other buildings rise up steeply from the river. There are little winding streets, friendly pubs and some truly spectacular views especially at sun set. Guest access Both external terraces but not the grassed garden area. The owners have a room locked internally for storage.
