A beautiful and unique stone house built with care and a lot of love entirely from the foundations with natural materials such as stone and wood. It is located in a green area outside the village of Nerotrivia with unlimited and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Evia and Mount Kantilio, ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility. On the same property, we also created two other stone houses with a pool and unlimited sea views, with the same philosophy, which are separated by a stone wall for absolute privacy. The space We welcome you to evia natural home. The house is a completely stone-built home located within a fenced farm of 4,300 acres. It is surrounded by olive trees, a private vineyard and aromatic plants. It has a private pool with unlimited views of the Evian Gulf. The house is made exclusively with natural materials such as stone and wood. It features an open-plan space with a dining-living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed, equipped with Coco-Mat mattresses and toppers. It has a spacious built-in bathroom with natural materials. Guest access The house is a detached house with easy access without steps with open plan areas. The car could be placed right next to the house for ease of moving luggage. It has two large stone dining tables for meals and moments of relaxation, and a swimming pool with stone beds for absolute peace, rest, and relaxation. Other things to note The house has private parking inside the farm. It also has two outdoor spaces with large stone dining areas of many people and a BBQ transported. It is ideal for family and groups of few. Also, we were delighted to add two more stone houses to the estate, with exactly the same philosophy as our first little house, with a private pool, olive trees, and natural herbs. It has many areas of relaxation, stone terraces and pillows in nature. The three houses are separated from each other by a large stone wall for the absolute privacy and relaxation of our guests.
