It is located in a lush area outside the village of Nerotrivia with unlimited and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Evia and Mount Kantilio ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility. It has a private pool with unlimited views of the Gulf of Evia. The house is built exclusively with natural materials such as stone and wood. It has an open space with a dining room, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed equipped with coco-mat mattresses and toppers, one of which also has a wooden loft for two small children. It has a spacious built-in bathroom with natural materials. Guest access The house is a detached house with easy access without stairs with open spaces. The car could be parked right next to the house for ease of luggage handling. It has two large stone dining tables for dining and relaxing, a swimming pool with wooden sun loungers. Other things to note The house has a private parking lot inside the property. It also has two outdoor areas with large stone dining tables for many people and a portable barbecue. It is ideal for families and small groups. Also, with great pleasure, another stone house was added to the estate, exactly the same philosophy as our first house, with a private pool, olive trees and herbs of nature. It has many relaxation areas, stone benches and cushions in nature. The two houses are separated by a large stone wall for the absolute privacy and relaxation of our guests.
