We can accommodate up to four guests, with extra charges applying after the first guest. The house is within walking distance of Plumpton Marketplace, where you will find fast food restaurants and grocery stores. It’s just a 5-minute drive to IKEA and Costco in Marsden Park. House Rules: * No parties, as we have quiet neighbors and need to respect them. * No noise after 9 p.m. * Visitors are allowed but cannot stay overnight. There is another tenant living in the main house, so please respect their privacy." Guest access You will have your own private access to the front patio and the entire retreat. Other things to note “This is a recently fully renovated retreat located in the backyard of the main house, not visible from the front yard or Main Street. It is only accessible through the side gate, which is situated next to the garage door. Please note, always keep the side gate locked when you are not on the property.
