The space THE HOUSE: The house is a beautiful cozy and relax home in one of the famous beach destination in the area of Luquillo, close to the Ocean. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway: — You will have access to the entire home — 3 bedrooms and a living room, all with AC units — 2 bathrooms — Separate comfortable living room with TV — Whole house has Wi-Fi throughout — Fenced/Closed off backyard — ROOM 1: Bedroom with 1 queen bed, closet, small workstation/desk and AC unit — ROOM 2: Bedroom with 1 queen bed, closet and AC unit — ROOM 3: Bedroom with 2 full size beds (bunk beds), closet and AC unit — BATHROOM 1: Comfortable full bath — BATHROOM 2: Small full bath with washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs — Parking: House has a garage for 1 car, a small driveway with parking for 1 car, and 2 additional cars can be parked in front of the house — We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to a maximum weight of 275 lbs.; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk. THE KITCHEN: Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest: — Regular oven and Microwave oven — Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more — Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates — Coffee machine, waffle maker and toaster Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, laundry, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TVs. Free parking for 4 cars, washer and dryer. For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a lock box/garage entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.
