Enjoy a perfect getaway at our charming home in Gresham. This spacious home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. Bedrooms: Room 1: Master room with a king-size bed and bathroom Room 2: Queen-size bed. It shares the bathroom with room 3. Room 3: King-size bed. It shares the bathroom with room 2. Bathrooms: Full bathroom in the master room. Full bathroom for rooms 2 and 3. Front room: The front room offers a warm, inviting living room with 7 people. In this area, we have the dining room that seats 6 people. Great room: You'll find a modern kitchen with a stylish island, which provides ample space for preparing delicious meals and gathering with loved ones. The island has three seats. A little dining table that seats 4 people. A family TV room. Back yard: Our backyard boasts a lovely table for 4 people where you can enjoy al fresco dining or unwind with a cup of coffee. This is a fenced backyard. Garage: Garage for 1 car. You can also park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Laundry room: Washing machine with dryer in place. Guest access You can use all the spaces in the house. You can park one car in the garage. Stuff stored in the garage is not for guest's use. Other things to note 👉 Check-in: 3:00 pm. Please, let us know your estimated time of arrival. 👉WE ARE A SHOE-FREE HOUSEHOLD! We kindly ask you to remove your shoes before entering. There's a convenient bench and closet space at the vestibule where you can leave your shoes. This helps us keep our home clean and cozy for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 👉 We have a TV equipped with a Fire Stick, which makes it smart and super convenient for streaming! Please avoid unplugging it. Just use the remote control to access Netflix and enjoy your favorite shows! 👉Garbage pick-up day: Wednesday early in the morning. We kindly ask you to put the trash cans outside on Tuesday evening/ night. Garbage and recycle cans are located next to the garage. • Please dispose of your trash in the following containers: - Little green trash can: General trash and food waste - Blue recycle can: Recyclable materials (paper, plastic, cardboard, etc.) - Yellow container: Glass bottles and containers without lids 👉Important Note for Our Guests: We want to ensure you have the best experience during your stay! Please be aware that the hot water heater in our home has a limited capacity. If someone has just taken a shower, the hot water for the master bedroom tub might not be sufficient immediately afterward. To enjoy a relaxing soak, we recommend waiting a little while after showers to allow the hot water to replenish. 👉 Check-out: Noon. Let us know if you are departing earlier.
