Community is adjacent to the Lone Tree Public Golf Course and Grill. Your favorite stores and restaurants conveniently located 5-10 minute drive. The space This is a spacious and very open split floorplan. Fabulous from great room to backyard. You will feel like you're in an Italian garden. Guest access The house has 2 bedrooms and an office room. The office room is not available to you during your stay. Other things to note Experience beautiful Solera Chandler Community and all the amenities it has to offer this Spring, Summer, and Fall. The Community Center with many activities is a short 15-20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the house. The rental includes a women’s and men’s bike. Feel free to use it around the community and outside as well. Chandler is bike friendly with designated bike paths. Outdoor activities at the Center include lap pool, spa, swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole. Indoor activities include a pottery room and classes, Quilting room, library complete with books and magazines, game room, billiard room, multipurpose room, and ballroom for hosting events. Social activities such as dancing lessons, card games (bridge, cribbage, Bunco, mahjongg, pinochle, poker), Bingo and more. Fitness gym complete with treadmills, stationary bikes, elipticals, cardio room with a variety of equipment. Yoga, water aerobics, and other fitness classes available. Men’s, women’s, fellowship bible study groups. Lone Tree Golf course is at the front entrance to the community and is a great course to play. Guests and residents of Solera Community receive a 20% discount to play the course and dine in the Patio Grille. Enjoy the surrounding area views while hiking with the Monday and Thursday group. They hike a variety of different parks and trails in and around the Phoenix area. All of this and you never have to leave the community. However, there is lots to do outside of the community. Enjoy a variety of close by restaurants within 5-15 minutes away. Downtown Chandler is especially nice with a plethora of restaurants, shop, and entertainment just 15 minutes away. The Gila River San Tan Mountain Casino is across the street from the Santa Rita Way gate. Lots of slots, Roulette, poker in addition to dining and live music options. Or take a day trip. Old Town Scottsdale is about a 20-25 minute drive from the house. Scottsdale is noted for being the West most western town. You will find lots to do. Just park the car and start walking. Florence is about a 40 minute drive from the house. On the way take the short side trip to visit the Casa Grande Ruins National Park. Tortilla Flats is a great little “cowboy” town about a 1 hour drive from the house. Prescott is another gem and is about a 2.5 hour drive north from the house into the mountains where the weather is a bit cooler. Many residents enjoy water activities at the many lakes in and around Phoenix.
