Prime location 18-mile marker, from the dock you can see Dog Days, the Shootout & the new Oasis Amusement park. Close to Backwater Jacks, State Park, 1932 Reserve! Short drive to Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach & golf courses. The space The front door opens into the living room with an incredible lake view and cozy seating as well as a Roku TV and long bar table for meals together or games with the family. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen with brand new appliances including dishwasher, cabinetry, flooring and beautiful quartz countertop and eating space (fully stocked with all needed cooking supplies). From the kitchen you can go to the screened in porch with table and seating, more incredible views and access to one of the decks and a gas grill stocked with propane and ready to use. There is a bathroom with a brand new titled shower and the amenities you’ll need. The master features a queen-sized bed, chair for reading and a bench for extra storage or seating. The second bedroom features a queen bed, luggage rack and desk if you need to do a little work on your vacation. The spiral staircase takes you to the comfortable living room in the lower level which features a Roku TV, bar table & stools and mini-fridge for extra beverages. The queen sleeper sofa is easy to make & put back for seating during the day. There is a full bathroom and separate laundry room which guests will have access to. The first bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, dresser and bench. The second bedroom features two twin beds, dresser and closet. Stepping out from the lower level living room is a huge second deck (part of which is covered), porch swing, table & chairs, lounge chairs for sunning and corn hole boards. Take the steps down the path to the fire pit or the dock--perfect for swimming, fishing, laying on the swim dock or just enjoying the stunning lake view on the picnic table or built in bench. A 10x20 slip is available to store your boat during your stay! Guest access You will have access to all of the home, large private treed lot, fire pit, dock and slip.
