Set in a 4-hectare property with a small lake, this accommodation offers an intimate setting with its solid oak parquet flooring, wooden furniture and beds "perched high", while at the same time being open to the surrounding countryside through a large bay window overlooking the nearby forest. The space The accommodation of around 40 m2 comprises a central living area with an open-plan kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Two mezzanines, in the form of Saharan tents with mosquito nets, overlook the living area on either side. The first mezzanine is accessed by a miller's staircase, which houses a queen-size double bed and a small wardrobe. The second mezzanine is reached by a goose-step staircase, just like in a tree house. This small sleeping area has a single bed. In a corner set back slightly from the living area, an armchair converts to a comfortable single bed. A private terrace completes this beautiful setting. Parking is available in the grounds.
