Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting right on the water, you'll love the slow mornings watching the bunnies play in the yard, lake views, and evenings by the firepit. Launch a kayak, cast a fishing pole, or just enjoy the calm. The space July 4th now open! 🎇🎆Welcome to our home away from home! Please make yourself at home! The home is 2 stories with separate guest entrances. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining table for 6, king size bed, and cozy seating area. There is a full bathroom with shower/no tub. There is a smart TV with Roku and access to Hulu & Peacock. There is a covered courtyard out front with a charcoal grill and picnic table. Out back you will find a covered patio with lake views. There's a high top table for 4 people and 2 chaise lounges. There is also a private outdoor shower that is very refreshing after a day on the lake. The laundry room is also off the first floor patio. There is a washer, dryer, and a deep sink. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and all have mounted smart TV's with Roku. There is a full bathroom, shower w no tub. There is a full kitchen, living room with a 50" TV, and breakfast table or island for 4-6 people. The upstairs has a large covered patio with dining table for 6-8 people. The perfect spot to watch the bunny rabbits play in the yard in the morning and sunsets in the evening! The home is on a 1 acre lakefront lot and has a private driveway with plenty of room for parking boats, RV, etc. There is a 30 amp RV plug available. Please do not drive vehicles in back yard. The backyard has picnic tables, a fire pit, and access to private dock. There are chairs and a picnic table on dock. There is a peddle boat, canoe, and kayak for guest use. Guest access Access to private dock, private outdoor shower, and laundry room with washer, dryer, and deep sink. Access to charcoal grill, firepit, and picnic tables. Access to a canoe, kayak, and peddle boat etc. Use of these items are at your own risk. These items are used and is in as is condition. Host does not guarantee condition of these items, but provides them at no cost for your enjoyment. No garage access. No access to downstairs owners pantry. Other things to note George’s Lake Public Boat Ramp is easily accessible for those who need to drop their boat in the lake. Additional items to know: Smart tv's with streaming capabilities. Apps included: Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, HBO. We have 2 Keurig coffee makers and a small standard coffee maker. Coffee pods provided by host. The home is on septic so please DO NOT flush anything in the toilet except toilet paper. This includes NOT flushing personal hygiene products as wipes, feminine products, etc. In addition, please do not rinse/wash any grease from pans or dishes down the drain. Please note, DO NOT smoke/vape/use electronic cigarettes inside the home. We have provided seating and ash trays outside on the deck for smoking. Please insure all doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not permeate in the home. When leaving, please leave on AC and set it to 78 or heat to 68. Confetti is prohibited. Please note that the home/property is for the sole use of the guests under this reservation. No events or large gatherings without host approval. If there are any special requests regarding extra guests, please check with host. All activities such as swimming, canoeing, etc. are at your own risk. Please be aware that the lake may contain wildlife such as alligators, snakes, etc. Do not drive in the yard to gain access to the back yard or to get to the lake. The septic system is to the left side of the house and can be damaged by doing this. If you or your party do drive in the yard, you may be held liable for any damage done to the septic system, tanks, pipes, etc. At the time of check out, all vehicles and personal property must be removed from the property. We are not able to accommodate parking of your vehicle at our home after check out or storing your luggage/etc. Also, all garbage must be bagged and tied and then placed in the trash cans outside. Please hang up any damp/wet linens to keep them from mildewing. Guests who damage the unit/items, cause stains or leave the premises in disrepair that requires more than routine cleaning, will be charged for such damage or cleaning, as well as for all missing items. Please respect our special place as if it were your own. Please do not leave tarps or inflatable pools, slip and slides on the lawn over night. This will cause damage to the grass. Please do not feed animals that come on the property. Pack and plays and high chairs are available upon guest request.
