The space **Brand New 8x20 heated pool perfectly designed for year-round enjoyment with a cozy 5ft depth -- private to this cabin + Large Sport Court: Pickleball and Basketball Court with all equipment (basketballs, pickleballs, and paddles) communal for the 4 cabins in close proximity, private to this cabin + Sport Court (Basketball and Pickleball Court)- communal for the 4 cabins in close proximity with all the equipment!!** This cabin is within walking distance to 3 other cabins that are similar in size and decor- perfect for large groups and retreats that are looking for bigger properties but wanting their own space as well. The 3 other cabins are: Arboles, Coba and Hartwood GATHER One story, open-concept living/dining/kitchen space, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows + sliding doors run full length of cabin, sliding doors open to 700 sq ft deck. We provide a convenient Pack and Play for your little one’s comfort, as well as a highchair to make mealtime easier during your stay. EAT Leathered granite countertops + island with barstool seating, open shelving + closed cabinets, designated pantry space, farmhouse sink, fully stocked kitchen. RETREAT One primary suites with king bed + wardrobe + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower + access to the outdoor deck. Two private secondary bedrooms - one with a king bed and the third with 2 sets of bunk beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout. ESCAPE 700 sq. ft. deck runs the length of the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Covered hot tub to enjoy rain or shine. Gas fire pit + grill on deck, both hard lined to propane. Stairs from the deck lead to space for kids to run + fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around. Guests will also have access to a play-set that is shared between the three other cabins on the cul de sac. Private, gravel driveway and parking spaces. *Pet Friendly: 2 Max- Must notify- bring crate and pay fee of $120 for the stay (this includes up to 2 pets- not to exceed 50lbs each) **Fireplaces will be unavailable for use from June through October 1st.** Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival. "Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt." The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a dirt road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. It's completely doable in smaller sedan-like cars, but you may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook. Rincon has exterior cameras that are monitored for security purposes. Rincon is managed by The Hills Cabins- a luxury portfolio of custom cabins in the exclusive development of Woodland Hills in Broken Bow, Oklahoma **After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. If you are bringing a pet, you must disclose this. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in. Friendly reminder of the complimentary items provided during your stay for planning purposes: We supply a starter set of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags (5), dish soap, hand soap, full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, a dish sponge, dishwasher pods (enough for 3 days), and laundry soap (enough for 3 days). Once these supplies run out, guests will be responsible for replenishing them. In the kitchen, we provide all necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, salt and pepper, olive oil, and coffee grounds (enough for 3 days) or K-Cups (enough for 3 days) if the cabin has a Keurig, as well as coffee filters. If you need more, we recommend bringing additional supplies. A complimentary starter bundle of firewood (10 logs). Guest access 24/7 digital lock with custom code Other things to note **POOL FEE- non refundable and INCLUDED in the Cleaning Fee! **Pool heater will not be in use for the months of June- September 1st Please handle the sport court equipment with care and return it to its designated area after use to avoid any potential charges. ***We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 75-85 degrees. However we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature. Heater to the pool is turned on day of arrival. - If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you.
