The house has plenty of space inside and outside. Nice and sheltered outdoor area with good seating options, outdoor living room, barbecue and trampoline. There is sun in the outdoor area from about 10 am - 8:30 pm in the summer. There is a well-equipped gym in the house that can be used by appointment. 2-3 parking spaces for car by garage (Electric car can be charged for an extra charge.) It is possible to swim in the Smertudammen which is about 100m from the house.
