Emanuel - Cute Upstairs Apt / AC / Great Location

This is a beautiful, quiet, and serene Christian-themed apartment that consists of the entire second floor of a charming Dutch colonial home in the northern Michigan countryside. It is on a dirt road about a 5 minute drive north from downtown Lake Ann. It has a large living room, large bedroom, and room A/C. Also includes a private balcony overlooking the countryside as well as its own bonfire ring with outdoor chairs. It provides a lovely getaway to all that Northern Michigan has to offer! The space THE SPACE: The apartment is very traditional in terms of décor with an up-north country theme throughout the apartment. The apartment is dog-friendly and up to 2 dogs are permitted with a pet fee. There are some trails on the property for walking dogs as well. The property owners are a lovely retired couple that live on the first floor of the house. The husband works part-time as a church pastor. They coordinate guest stays. (We provide you with their contact information after a reservation is made.) Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1) PET POLICY: The apartment is pet-friendly and up to 2 dogs are allowed. (Pit bulls, rottweilers, and cats are not permitted.) Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves though. If bringing 1 or 2 dogs, please make certain that they are included on the reservation and that the pet fee is appropriately paid. More than 2 dogs is strictly prohibited and any pets other than dogs are also strictly prohibited. 2) LIMITED AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that there is a window A/C unit for the bedroom, but that this will not cool the entire apartment. Outside of the bedroom, the apartment may get warm if it is warm outside. 3) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not. 4) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.
