Fabulous outdoor patio and gardens overlooking small trout lake and grounds. Property includes old growth forest, wonderful gardens, fruit orchard, 1/4 acre lake with kayaks to paddle, horseshoe pit, fire pit, picnic table. Outdoor furniture lakeside for picnicking or just relaxing with a good book. A dam connects the lake to a stream for exploring or just sit and listen to the water flow. We are located just 3 miles from the, Best in the Northwest, Stone Creek Golf Course, encircled by a 3 mile walking path, 20 minutes to Clackamas Town Center Mall, 30 mins from airport, 10 min from a "drop in" gym. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We are 90 minutes from Mt Hood and the Oregon Coast. Lots of hiking trails in the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and grounds. No guest access to the shop, in a separate structure. Other things to note This property is great for just hangin' out. Wonderful Chef’s kitchen and commercial cooler are available. Breakfast foods, coffee, tea and snacks provided. Suggestion for catering, upon request. Suggestions for restaurants in the area are provided. There is cab/uber/lyft service to this area. A quiet and safe place to enjoy. So warm and cozy with a woodburning fireplace and lots of indoor, as well as outdoor, activities. There’s an Outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows, during burning season. Driveway pickleball, BB hoop, horseshoes, lawn games. Lots of room indoors to play in the game room and relax in the cute little library. We also provide Board games, a poker table, pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball and foosball. A Theater room is upstairs to watch movies and sporting events. Just an hour and a half from Mt Hood and the coast.
