Small garden cottage away from main house, with a double bed, no bath. 5 amazing park-like acres with lots of room to roam and play. Fabulous outdoor patio and gardens overlooking the lake and grounds. Property includes old growth forest, wonderful gardens, fruit orchard, 1/4 acre lake with a row boat, horseshoe pit, fire pit, picnic tables, and swings. Outdoor furniture lakeside for picnicking or just relaxing with a good book or friends. A dam connects the lake to a stream for exploring or just to sit and listen to the water flow. We are located just 3 miles from the, Best in the Northwest, Stone Creek Golf Course, encircled by a 3 mile walking path, 20 minutes to Clackamas Town Center Mall, 10 min from a "drop in" gym. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We are 90 minutes from Mt Hood and the Oregon Coast. Lots of hiking trails in the area. Parties and events are not allowed. Guests will have access to the entire house and grounds. No guest access to the shop, in a separate structure. Owners will not be present during the rental period but will be available to greet guests for an overview of the home and property. We will always be available by phone, or preferably text. The property is in the country, 10 min from downtown Oregon City and 30 min from downtown Portland and the airport. Walking paths, fabulous golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. Guests will need a car to access local amenities. Plenty of parking for several cars on the property. Uber, Lyft and cab services available to the property. This property is great for just hangin' out. Wonderful Chef’s kitchen and commercial cooler are available. Suggestions and arrangements for catering, upon request. Suggestions for restaurants in the area are provided. There is cab/uber/lyft service to this area. A quiet and safe place to enjoy. So warm and cozy with a woodburning fireplace and lots of indoor, as well as outdoor, activities. There’s an Outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows, during burning season. Lots of room indoors to play in the game room and relax in the cute little library. We also provide Board games, a poker table, pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball and foosball. A Theater room is upstairs to watch movies and sporting events. Just an hour and a half from Mt Hood and the Oregon coast. EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED!!
