The space COMMON LIVING SPACE: As you enter our home, you'll be in a designer living room with a 70 in smart TV, dining table and bar seating. The open concept layout connects the kitchen, living room and dining area, great for socializing and relaxing. THE KITCHEN: Our brand-new kitchen is charming with everything you need to cook delicious meals including a variety of spices! With a stainless-steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, cooking at home has never been more convenient! The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, reusable filters, ground coffee, and tea. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups. Travel light with your family. We provide you with kid friendly dishes, a chair and a pack and plays available for your littles one. BEDROOMS: The spacious upstairs primary bedroom features a King bed with an overhead fan and an en-suite bathroom with a his and hers sink, large walk-in shower and bathtub. This bedroom creates a sophisticated vibe, and a spa-like bathroom with subway tile and glass doors. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, as well as a second closet and a 43 in roku tv. The downstairs features 2 more bedrooms, perfect for hosting large families and groups. 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with a ceiling fan also has access to the serene patio with a lounge area and hot tub. This room has a 33 in roku tv and designated work area as well all large closet space, the bathroom designated to this bedroom has a large shower with glass doors. 3rd bedroom known as our flower room has a bright and fun atmosphere with large high vaulted ceiling equipped with a ceiling fan and an en-suite restroom with a modern shower. This room has a comfortable queen bed and large closet space. All bathrooms include fresh body, hand and face towels, make up remover towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. Additionally, our living floor has a comfortable inflatable queen size mattress to accommodate groups and family gatherings. It is in the hallway closet downstairs. Our home is perfect for those who appreciate interior design and comfortability while also wanting to be centrally located to trendy neighborhoods and San Diego's best attractions.
