This large private fully furnished executive home (+4,500 sq ft) is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to stores, restaurants, library, and the University of Colorado-Boulder campus. Perfect house for families attending University and Boulder events (graduation, Bolder Boulder 10K race, cultural and sports events, etc.). Hosts are highly rated Airbnb hosts, and know how to make guests comfortable and welcome. We do offer significant discounts for weekly or multi-week stays. If you don't see available dates you want, check with the Host to see what might be possible. Some times we block a few dates given possible family events that may have change. Our king bedroom has a full bathroom and large sitting room with a fireplace. The Queen and Twin bedrooms are in a private suite and share a full bathroom. The other Queen bedroom has its own full bathroom. There are 5-7 steps to all bedrooms and our foyer has steps to the kitchen and living room areas in case some of your party members are elder or have mobility restrictions. Each room has guides to Boulder (e.g., restaurants, breweries, etc.). We do have quite a bit of infant gear (e.g., crib, high-chair, baby bath, etc.) Ask the hosts if you need this equipment. Laundry use is available only for those that stay more than five nights. There is wifi and SmartTvs throughout the house. Guest access We provide keys via a lock-box, but also very happy to meet our guests, introduce them to the house, and provide our guests with information about Boulder. The house is on a direct bike and walking path to the University of Colorado campus. You don't have to cross a street to get to campus. Safe on-and off-street parking is provided.
