Stay in our cosy, modernised and well lit ground floor flat in a well connected with metro, green and tranquil neighbourhood in the heart of Tollygunge , South Kolkata Suitable for solo guests or couples. We live on the upper floor of the same house and are happy to help guests with any queries or share our tips on savouring all that Kolkata has to offer! If you are looking for a peaceful stay with privacy in a safe cosy place but with all big city facilities, you can choose our property . The space The property has one large drawing/sitting room well equipped with sofas for all your casual lounging needs. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed along with spacious wardrobes. There is a kitchen with an induction cooker, a electric kettle and basic crockery/cutlery provided so you can cook your own food if needed. The bathroom has a shower and geyser for uninterrupted hot water. fast Wifi is available throughout the property. The property was remodelled recently. Another important point to be noted that for maintaining high level of hygine all our bed linens and even kitchen utensils are machine washed . This flat is on the ground floor of a two storied private building in a green and peaceful residential locality in Tollygunge, in the heart of South Kolkata. there are a lot of stores, cafes and restaurants on NSC Bose Road (5 min on foot from the property). Netaji metro station is 10 minutes on foot, and Tollygunge metro station is also nearby. Destinations like Golf Green , Rabindra Sarovar Lake/Southern Avenue , Jadavpur university , Jodhpur Park, Garia , EM Bypass, South City Mall, Sri Aurovindo Seva Kendra nursing home, Peerless Hospital, MR Bangur Hospital etc can be easily reached by cab or public transport. Guest access Guests can access one bedroom, the drawing/sitting room , kitchen , wash room and verandah. This flat has it's own private entrance. Guests will have a set of keys to the flat. Do note, there is a night curfew from 11 pm onwards. But if any guest comes late with prior information to us, we will arrange to open the gate. Our foreign and domestic guests find it very safe and suitable. Other things to note This property is not suitable for partying.
