Luxury 4BR resort-style Playa Vista, CA

Luxury 4BR/3.5BA in sunny Playa Vista, CA, on the west side/beach side of Los Angeles. Located in a master planned Playa Vista community. Available from mid-June through early August. Looking for a long-term stay tenant while we are away. No parties or events, please. The space The recently built, luxurious single-family house is spread over three floors (with elevator). The bottom floor provides access to the house, garage (we keep only 1 car inside; additional outside parking space also available) and a guest room (queen bed). Second floor offers the main living area - luxurious living room, large dining area and top-of-the-line kitchen (professional appliances). The top floor features three bedrooms - spacious master with a brand-new, European-luxury Vispring king mattress and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom is set up with a single full-size bed. The other bedroom has a single twin bed with a twin bed trundle underneath. Property is part of the upscale resort community of Playa Vista with open parks, community fitness centers and swimming pools. Guest access Guess will have access to the full house and garage. Other things to note Our experienced house cleaner can be retained as needed to keep your stay comfortable and easy.
