With its own doors with safety lock. It has its own private bathroom. It has no kitchen but there are: microwave, tea kettle, Nespresso and refrigerator. Private parking The space In the heart of the Aventine, one of the seven hills of ancient Rome, close to the Circo Massimo subway station, walking distance from the main monuments of the city center, the rooms are spacious, sunny and quiet. Ideal for remote working and family stays. We provide you bed linen, towels and warm duvets always cleaned and sanitized with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedure and products. A private bathroom with a large shower, courtesy kit, hairdryer and toilet paper. An iron and ironing board are available. The suite has a breakfast corner with kettle, Nespresso, microwave oven, refrigerator and complimentary coffee, teas, and sugar. The suite has air conditioning with autonomous management, heating, beds with wooden slats and orthopedic mattresses, wooden floor and wardrobe. Close by, in Viale Aventino, you have a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and many restaurants and venues popular among expats. Worthwhile walking 10 mins up the hill to the church of Santa Sabina and the Knights of Malta to view Saint Peter through the secret keyhole and for views of Rome from the Giardino degli Aranci (orange garden). Guest access The suite shares with the rest of the apartment only the entrance and ensures privacy and independence. It has its own doors which can be locked with a key. A private parking place can be made available, but please check availabity. Other things to note Early or late check-in must be agreed. Late check-outs are not possible but there is a space where you can leave your suitcases so you can enjoy your stay until the end (the keys must be returned at check out so the pickup time of your luggage must be agreed in advance). For those coming with a car an assigned parking space can be made available, but please check availability in advance.
