Access is managed directly through the Punta Mita Club Important Notice: Punta Mita HOA Noise Regulations To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests, the Punta Mita Homeowners Association has recently implemented updated noise-control rules that all visitors must follow. Please note the following requirements during your stay: • Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, including music, gatherings, and amplified sound. • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, parties, or high-volume activity is permitted during this time. • Speakers must remain inside the villa, with volume kept at a level that cannot be heard beyond the property line. • Any event, celebration, or outside entertainment must receive prior approval and comply fully with HOA guidelines. • Failure to follow these rules may result in fines issued by the HOA and/or interruption of your stay. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the serene atmosphere that Punta Mita is known for. These guidelines ensure that every guest can enjoy the beauty of the community while respecting our neighbors. Other things to note Included is breakfast and lunch service! You set the menu and pay for the groceries, and we do the rest!
